This Privacy Policy covers personal information we process through our websites, mobile apps, games, and other online or offline offerings (we call all of this the "Services").

Sign up for an account and we collect your display name, email, Game Platform User ID, and your region preference for route optimization. Beta & Communications. Join our beta program or reach out to us, and we'll ask for your email, name, region, and Discord username. We might add your email to our mailing list depending on what you choose. Purchases. When you buy something, a third-party payment processor handles it. We don't keep your card information ourselves. Other. Surveys, contests, interactive features, events, job applications, and business discussions might generate personal information too. B. Information Collected Automatically IP addresses, device IDs, browser and device details, approximate location, hardware specs like your GPU and CPU and OS, and gameplay data like levels you've finished and how long you spend on route planning—we collect all of that. Cookies, pixel tags, and similar tech help us run things smoothly, improve performance, make features work, and handle advertising. Google Analytics and similar tools feed us analytics data as well. C. Information from Other Sources Third-party platforms might share information about you based on your privacy settings there.

We use what you give us to: — Run and manage the Services, including your gameplay and account; — Answer your support questions and help with technical issues; — Spot fraud, keep things secure, and enforce our rules; — Make the Services better and develop new features; — Send you marketing messages if you've agreed to them; — Follow legal requirements. 4. HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We use appropriate protections for your personal information. Nothing is completely secure though. If we have a breach, we'll tell you the way the law says we have to.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We might move your information to the United States or elsewhere to process and store it, and those places might have different privacy laws than yours. We do what we can to keep your data safe under applicable law.

8. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We hold onto your personal information as long as we need it to run the Services, do what this Policy says we'll do, settle disagreements, and follow the law.

9. SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you're in California, this part applies to your information under the CCPA. We collect identifiers, California Customer Records, internet activity, biometric data, and sensory information. Service providers, game platforms, and related services get access to it. We don't "sell" personal information, and we definitely don't sell data for anyone under 16. Give us your name, email, or Game Platform User ID so we can verify it.

10. SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS

11. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

Our Services aren't for kids under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If we find out we did, we delete it and close the account. Parents or guardians, if you have concerns, contact us the way Section 13 describes.

12. OTHER PROVISIONS

Third-Party Links. The Services might link to other websites. We're not responsible for how they handle privacy. Policy Changes. We can update this Privacy Policy anytime. Using our Services after changes go live means you accept the new version.
